The Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Meg Marshall to the Dennis-Yarmouth School Committee.

The Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District is pleased to welcome Mrs. Meg Marshall to the D-Y School Committee, appointed by the Yarmouth Select Board to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Joe Glynn.

Mrs. Marshall lives in Yarmouth Port with her husband and two children. She is active in the community as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for D-Y 4th graders and a member of the Human Rights Committee at Latham Centers. She holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston, with professional experience in contract negotiation and legal affairs.

She shared that her interest in serving on the committee grew from her experience on the district’s superintendent search committee, which deepened her understanding of D-Y’s priorities. She added, “As a parent of two young children, I’m deeply invested in the future of our schools and the success of every student. I’ve always believed that strong public education is the foundation of a thriving community, and I want to help ensure that our schools are supported, inclusive, and forward-thinking.”

The Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District is excited to welcome Mrs. Marshall and looks forward to her contributions to the D-Y community.
