MSBA Feasibility Study/Schematic Design Phase- Marguerite E. Small Elementary School
Owner's Project Manager Services
The Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District, 296 Station Ave. South Yarmouth, MA 02664 (“Owner”) is seeking the services of a qualified OPM “Owner’s Project Manager” as defined in MGL c49 §44A 1/2, and as further defined by the provisions of this RFS to provide Project Management Services for the design, construction, addition to and/or renovation of the Marguerite E. Small Elementary School in West Yarmouth, MA.  The owner is requesting service of an OPM to represent the Owner during the feasibility study and schematic design phases of the project initially.  RFS is found by clicking on this link. Questions must be submitted via email to Susan Gilson by 4:30pm on June 12, 2026.  There will be an informational session on June 10 @ 4PM at ME Small, 440 Higgins Crowell Rd., West Yarmouth, MA 02673.  Bids will be accepted until 4:30pm on June 17, 2026.  The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to accept bids deemed to be in the best interest of the district.  Bid award is subject to appropriations. 

Licensed Plumber
The Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District, 296 Station Ave. South Yarmouth, MA 02664 ( “District”) is soliciting Invitation for Bids under MGL c 30(b) 39M for Service Contract for Licensed Plumber Services at the schools of the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District in the towns of Dennis and Yarmouth MA. Beginning on June 11, 2026, copies of the IFB may be obtained through the licensed plumber link or by visiting the District’s office during regular business hours at:

Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing or via email to Steve Faucher  and shall be delivered to the Business Office by close of business 12:00 P.M. local time on June 24, 2026.  Bids shall be accepted until 12:00 P.M. local time on June 26, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.  The contract is for three years with two one year option years dependent upon satisfactory vendor performance.
