Early Education Registration
Thank you for your interest in the Dennis Yarmouth Early Education Program. Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District offers high quality, part-day, Integrated Public Preschool Programs for 3-year old and 4-year old children with and without identified disabilities who reside in the towns of Dennis and Yarmouth. Please contact the Early Education Office at 508-398-7624 for more details about qualifications and our wait list.
You may have received instructions to register online. If so, please follow all instructions and register your child online. Please select E. H. Baker Innovation School if you reside in Dennis, and M.E. Small Elementary School if you reside in Yarmouth.
Once your online registration has been received, you will be sent additional forms to complete the registration process. Please submit completed packet along with the following:
- Copy of Child’s birth certificate
- Proof of Residency (utility bill, lease, tax bill)
- Current immunizations / physical (including lead screening)
