PRODUCT SUPPORT
If you need help with a program, immediate help is usually available through a Help Menu in the program. This "Online Help" is often in lieu of a software manual, though not necessarily. Check the manual for help, also. Software developers provide some support at their web sites. In addition to looking for "Software Support" look for FAQs - Lists of Frequently Asked Questions. People who write manuals for their company's software usually don't cover the subject as fully as they should. If you are having problems learning a program, check out bookstores. Many volumes of information are written for individual programs that are very helpful. There are many online tutorials provided by software companies. One excellent site is Adobe TV.
