- As we approach the month of May, we begin to begin planning for next year. Often, parents and families would like to share thoughts about the placement of students in the next grade. If you would like to share information about the conditions under which your child learns best, please email Mr. Depin at mailto:depink@dy-regional.k12.ma.us by Friday May 17th. I respectfully ask that you do not request specific teachers. Thank you for your help!
- Wednesday, May 22nd is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 2:05 PM on that day. There will be no afternoon Preschool on May 22nd.
- All third graders in Massachusetts participate in the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System, MCAS. Test results will be sent to families next fall, and will be used to help us align our curriculum to state standards. Our testing dates in May are May 15 and May 16. Students will be tested in mathematics.
