Ceramics description:
The primary object of this course is to expose students to the art of ceramics through participation in studio atmosphere.Secondarily, the course and its grading procedures are designed to nurture certain values inherent in all arts: self-discipline, dedication, a sence of self-worth and pride in one's workmanship-caftmanship.
the class is divided into two groups. one on the wheel, the other works on hand building techniques.

Advanced Ceramics description:
Had to of taken ceramics and passed witha B- or higher!
The objective of this course are to apply the three hand-building and basic throwing techniques learned in ceramics to achieve advanced understanding of the medium.
the class is divided into two groups. while one group receives instruction on the pottery whell, the other will be working on hand-building techniques.
Studio Etiquette:
Cleanup in thestudio is very important. Each class is given full reign of the studio and is responsible for its cleanup.
