The Dennis-Yarmouth- Brewster Clergy Association Cordially Invite The Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School Class of 2017 and their families to an Ecumenical Baccalaureate Service. This service is a lovely celebration of songs, thoughts and blessings, as the seniors begin their graduation week.

Be in the gym by 9:45 AM for your class picture.



Dress Codes


Casual Attire (Yearbook signing, Practices for Last Assembly)

-School appropriate clothing

Note: With the exception of casual attire, seniors are not allowed to wear jeans, shorts, sneakers, work boots, flip-flops or birkenstocks.


Business Casual Attire

Female: Dress/Skirt.

Male: Long pants, collar shirt, tie, shoes - NO SNEAKERS

Gown Attire (Awards Night, Last Assembly, Class Picture)

Gown is worn over:

Female: Dress clothes

Male: Long pants, collared shirt, tie.

Note Whenever you wear your gown, you cannot attach anything to it or carry anything with it. No flowers, signs, sunglasses, cameras, pocketbooks, etc.


Cap and Gown Attire (Graduation)

The same rules apply as the gown attire with the addition of the graduation cap.

  • Tassels are distributed after the class picture is taken on graduation day.

  • Gentlemen are reminded to remove caps while the National Anthem is playing.

  • It is recommended that you write your name inside your cap.

  • This allows you to retrieve it after you toss it at the end of the ceremony.

  • Women keep in mind that when graduation is held outside you will be walking on the field and heels may sink into the grass
